About Us

MOLDIE is one of professional manufacturer and supplier for various mechanical products bases on molds & dies. In year 2010, MOLDIE provided total around 200 sets plastic moulds, die casting molds and stamping dies for our clients from Germany, Spain, Italy, USA, Russia, Vietnam and so on.

MOLDIE also actives internationally to offer complete project management and products development, so that our clients can get one stop service from their conception/samples/drawings until final products that are ready for sale in the market. Our engineers can help you to develop/adjust your design; we work together with clients closely to find best solution. Our clients and us have developed around 15 projects in year 2011, the projects from small items such as LED lamps and automatic door lock, and also to some big items, such as key maker machines, boya and so on. Just bases on your idea, we can work out the complete products for you.

Inside of MOLDIE, there are 5 engineers are working together in order to find best solution for our clients. Our job covers engineering, developing, designing, researching, assemble testing, quality control. Our other staffs can provide you good service for document, shipment, exporting and so on. 

Outside of MOLDIE, we have good suppliers chain for various mechanical products. 
Classification by material: covering plastic parts, rubber parts, aluminum parts, zamak parts, brass parts, stainless steel, iron parts, normal steel parts and so on; 
Classification by process: covering injection, extrusion, casting (die casting, gravity casting, lose wax casting, sand casting), stamping/punching/drawing, forgoing, machining / turning, surface treatment (plating, anodizing, painting, printing, powder coating),  assembling and so on    Classification by quantity: covering rapid prototype, small quantity production, big volume mass production.

In order to provide best service with good price for our worldwide clients, MOLDIE owns part of shareholder of following factories:
1..Nngbo Zhuojia Machinery Co.,Ltd, which is specialize in die casting moulds/dies and Alu Alloy / Zamak ( Zinc alloy) die casting parts and also assembling. Our main products are high requirement products, now we are providing some components for AUDI and complete assembling project for automatic door.
2.. Jiuteng (Yuyao) Mould & Plastic Co., Ltd, which is specialize in various plastic molds, such as plastic injection molds, plastic blow molding molds, plastic rotational molding molds and so on. We have quite good experience for exporting business. We made around 200 molds in year 2010. 
3..Xiangshan Huaxing plastic factory, which is specialize in various plastic parts. We have 10 injection machines arrange from 80T to 360T, and our mainly products is plastic components for car industrial and lamp products, we are supplying parts to BYD. We also provide assembling, surface treatment bases on our clients' requirement.
